What’s free, and what you’re buying
The Readiness Report is free. It includes the audit skill stack (guides, audits, and a report template) written for the agent that built your product. Your agent runs the skills; its answers, gathered across eight dimensions, are your report. We read nothing and store nothing at this step, and no purchase is required.
The purchase is a Finishing Pass: $149, one-time. You submit the report your agent produced, and we read it across the eight dimensions, select the exact fixes your project needs, and hand your agent every one in full, in order, with a working procedure, downloads, and one included re-check of a revised report after the work. Full detail is on the pricing page, which is part of the deal as described.
One purchase covers one product: a single codebase and the report that describes it. A second product needs a second pass.
Who does the work on your code
This is the most important thing on this page, so it gets its own section. We write instructions. Your own AI coding agent does the work, on your machine, against your codebase, with your approval.
- We never receive, touch, execute, or store your source code. We never ask for repository access, deployment access, or credentials, and you should never give them to us.
- Every skill we hand your agent opens the same way: the agent investigates, then explains in plain terms what it proposes to change, why it matters, what it’s worth, and what happens if you leave it. It has to get your okay before it starts. On top of that, your build platform’s own tools gate each file edit separately.
- Back up your work before you run a pass. Commit to version control, or take a snapshot you can restore from. This is your responsibility, not ours, and it is the one step we ask you never to skip.
- Read what your agent proposes before you approve it. You are being asked on purpose. An approval is a decision about your own product.
Because the edits are made by your agent, on your machine, at your instruction, we can’t warrant their outcome, and we aren’t responsible for what those edits do to your codebase, your data, or your service. Agents make mistakes. So do the people who approve them. That is what the backup is for.
This is not a security audit
A Finishing Pass is not an audit, not a penetration test, not a code review by us, and not a certification of anything. It is not a guarantee against a breach, data loss, downtime, or a compliance failure, and nobody should present it to a customer, investor, or regulator as one.
Our reading works from your agent’s report. We never see your code or your infrastructure, so our output can only ever be as complete as the report it reads. A gap your agent didn’t find is a gap we won’t name.
What the score and “beta-safe” actually mean
Your report carries numbers, and we cap them for honesty rather than flattery. The overall score can never exceed the average of the eight dimension scores, and it is forced down to the middle or below whenever security, data stewardship, or legal and privacy shows major gaps. The cap can only lower a number, never raise it. An agent may not score above what it actually proved.
“Beta-safe” means one specific thing: stable and secure enough for your first hundred real users. It does not mean “secure.” It does not mean “certified.” It does not mean “compliant.” Readiness words in your report are an informed opinion formed from what your agent reported, not a warranty, and the decision to launch stays yours.
Not legal or compliance advice
Some of our skills generate template documents for your own product, including things like a privacy policy, terms of service, or a cookie notice. Those are starting points written in plain language. They are drafts, not advice, and they need a lawyer of your own to review them before you publish them.
We are not a law firm and nothing here or in your report is legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting advice. No relationship of that kind is created by using the service.
Who can use this
You need to be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live, if that’s higher — and able to enter into a contract. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you need the authority to bind it. The service is for building software products and isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them.
Your part
- Submit a report you have the right to share, about a project you have the right to work on.
- Back up or commit your work before running a pass, and review what your agent proposes before approving it.
- Don’t include other people’s confidential information or personal data in the report beyond what the audits ask for. The audits are designed not to need it.
- Don’t use anything we give you to test, probe, or attack a system you don’t own or don’t have written permission to work on. The audits are for your product.
- Use the service lawfully, and don’t probe, overload, or abuse it.
Payments, pricing, and refunds
Stripe processes payment. Your card number never reaches our servers, and Stripe’s own terms cover the transaction itself.
When you see a price struck through next to a lower one, the struck-through figure is a real price we actually charge. Intro pricing is a discount off a price that the item genuinely returns to when the promo window closes, and the strikethrough only shows while a promo is live. We don’t invent a higher “before” number to make a discount look bigger.
The report is free, so refunds concern only the pass: if it didn’t help, reply to your receipt within fourteen days of purchase and we’ll refund it. No form, no interrogation.
Your content
Your product, your report, and everything you send us stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including via the service providers named in the privacy policy, for the sole purpose of providing the service, and to look at them when something breaks or to improve the method. That permission is limited to what delivering the service needs, and it ends when you delete your submission — which you can do yourself, from your results page, at any time.
Our content
The skill library, the audits, and the fixes we produce are ours. They are licensed to you for use on your own products. Use them, keep them, apply them with any agent you like. Please don’t republish, resell, or redistribute them; the method itself is the product.

Plain-language disclaimer and liability cap
We promise care and method, not outcomes. To the extent the law allows: the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and no warranty that your product will be secure, compliant, available, or free of defects.
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. If you paid us nothing, that cap is nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn’t let us exclude, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and its date. Changes apply to purchases made after the change.
Governing law
The service is provided by [Tekton legal entity]. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the Delaware courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The entity name is ours to fill in with counsel, and we’ve left it visible rather than guess.
