Beta testing Finishing Passcosts nothing and you’re under no obligation. You can stop at any point, for any reason, without telling us why.
Back up before you run a pass
Commit your work to version control, or take a snapshot you can restore from, before your agent starts. This is the one step we ask you never to skip. Beta software is unfinished by definition, and a restore point is what turns a bad run into a wasted afternoon instead of a lost project.
Your agent does the work, and you approve it
We hand your own AI coding agent a set of instructions. It runs on your machine, against your codebase. Before it starts, it has to explain in plain terms what it proposes to change, why it matters, and what happens if you leave it, and it has to get your okay. Your build platform gates each file edit on top of that.
Read what it proposes. You are being asked on purpose. Approving a change is your decision about your own product, and we aren’t responsible for what your agent’s edits do to your code, your data, or your service.
No warranty at all
The beta is provided “as is,” with no warranty of any kind. Things will be rough, wrong, or missing. It is not an audit, not a certification, and not a promise that your product is secure or compliant. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from your use of the beta; nothing here excludes liability the law doesn’t let us exclude. The full position is in the terms of service.
Your feedback
Tell us what broke and what felt wrong, in as much detail as you like. You give us permission to use that feedback freely, for any purpose, to improve the product, with no payment and no obligation to act on it or credit you. Feedback isn’t confidential, so please don’t put anything secret in it. You keep every right to your own product; the licence is over what you tell us, not over what you built.
We won’t name you
We will not publish your name, your company, your product, or anything from your report without your written permission. No case study, no logo wall, no screenshot, no quote. If we’d like to use something, we’ll ask, and no is a complete answer that costs you nothing.
The beta can change or end
We may change how the beta works, or end it, at any time and without notice. Anything already delivered to you stays yours to keep and use under the terms of service.

The terms of service and the privacy policy cover your beta use as well. Where this page and the terms of service disagree about the beta, this page wins.
